A Smart Move

A better experience for AirTouch users.

We’ve upgraded our AirTouch servers for faster remote control, alerts and more. We always strive to make improvements to our smart controllers with better experiences for home users in mind. Being robust and secure our new servers should provide reliable services to our users.

The migration of all AirTouch services took place between the 21st and 23rd of June 2021. Most users shouldn’t have noticed any changeover downtime of the AirTouch app as their systems would have reconnected to the new server when it was commissioned.

Just in case you are an AirTouch 2 user you may need to reset your controller or reconnect it to WiFi. This video will show you how. Our technical support is ready to help during business hours feel free to reach out to us.
