Wow just wow, to be able to wake up midnight mid hot-flush or night sweat and grab my phone and turn on the fan, cooler or reduce the heat to treat my distress without impacting others in our five zone home. This technology may not be new, but it has changed my life. Let me put this excitement in context;
In August 2019 I was unwell and needed a better way for home comfort. Our existing ducted system had zones but the levels could not be adjusted and as such on many cold or extreme hot nights I would be really uncomfy. Not being able to control the room temperature easily led to us sleeping in the cold room.
Cut a long story short, now when I need, I can grab my phone from the side table and be comfortable quickly after adjusting the controls via the app. Even in mild weather this has made the difference between comfort and frustration. I am currently enjoying a delightful 21 degrees since the weather changed and very much looking forward to a well slept winter!
