Failure to do this may result in costs being recovered from the end user should the issue not be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
For non account holders we will require credit card details PRIOR to attending your job.
No charges will occur for work carried out that falls under the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions. All work carried out that does not fall under the manufacturer’s warranty will be charged for at standard rates.
